[Release Watch] Strong Guy, Day 6

I've been busy dealing with non-MUGEN stuff the past few days, so haven't had a ton of time to work on our Strong Guy release. That said, I've finished the Quicksilver part of the X-Factor Attacks hyper, coded most of Guido's part, and started doing the segment with Wolfsbane. So now I'm down to 3.5 of 5 sub-parts to the hyper, and 3 bug fixes:
